Dr. rer. pol. Paul Fenn〔In German a Doctorate of political economy is abbreviated as Dr. rer. pol. (''Doctor rerum politicarum'').〕 (26 October 1891 – 10 November 1976) was a highly decorated Kapitän zur See (MA) in the Kriegsmarine during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross.
